REFUND POLICY — WEB WORX DESIGNS

At Web Worx Designs, all of our work is custom-created, which means significant time, planning, and resources go into every project. For this reason, we maintain the following Refund Policy:

1. No Full Refunds or Exchanges

All payments made to Web Worx Designs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of project stage, service type, or client decision

to cancel.

This includes:

  • Web design

  • App, game, or system development

  • Branding and graphics

  • SEO and digital marketing

  • Illustrations and menu design

  • Outsourcing / staff leasing

  • Monthly retainers

  • Any additional digital service

2. Partial Refunds (20%) — Case-by-Case

Clients may receive a partial refund of up to 20% of the total project amount only under specific conditions:

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • The project has not yet reached 50% completion, and

  • No final deliverables have been handed over, and

  • The request is submitted in writing

A 20% partial refund is not guaranteed and is approved solely at the discretion of Web Worx Designs based on the work already completed.

Once work exceeds 50% or deliverables begin, no refund of any amount will be issued.

3. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits paid to start a project are strictly non-refundable, as they secure time, planning, resources, and work allocation.

4. Outsourcing / Monthly Staff Leasing

Payments for outsourced workers or monthly staffing contracts are:

  • Paid in advance, and

  • Not refundable once the month has begun

No prorated or partial refunds apply to monthly staffing.

5. Termination by Client

If a client chooses to stop or cancel the project early:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Any outstanding work completed must still be paid for

  • Access to files, systems, or platforms may be revoked until final payment is settled

6. Termination by Web Worx Designs

If we cancel a project due to:

  • Abuse or harassment

  • Non-payment

  • Illegal or unethical requests

No refund will be issued, and outstanding balances remain payable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes without communication are considered a breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all services

  • Revoke access to deliverables

  • Begin legal collection processes

  • Add administrative fees
